As a leader and coach, I am dedicated to carrying the mantle of innovation and entrepreneurship in Southwest Ohio. I consult with existing and new businesses to identify needs, improve performance, and deliver outstanding services or solutions that directly benefit the startup community (#startupcincy) and the region. I have a broad array of experience in the civic space that has progressed from urban planning, historic preservation, business development, economic development, innovation, and environmental sustainability. Pat has been engaged with HCDC for over 24 years and was named President and CEO in
2019 after being the Director of the HCDC Business Center, an innovation-focused business incubation program.
As the Business Center Director, Longo aided in the creation, development, and growth of over 200 entrepreneurial entities since 1997. Longo is a Forty under 40 winner, a U.S. Small Business
Administration State of Ohio Financial Services Champion, and a CoolTech Hall of Fame Member.
